We are a sports association that brings together a group of basketball coaches preferably dedicated to the training of young players. We also have other technicians linked to our sport, such as physical trainers, physiotherapist, doctors and others, that support us.  
 
The primary purpose of Elitejove is the promotion and practice of Basketball in a formative slope. Although we carry out various technical activities thoughout the year, our maximum exponent is the annual celebration of our technification camp.    
 
We are considerred to be one of the best iniciatives in Europe regarding technical improvement camps, since we are the only ones in the state offering young players and coaches proven quality at strict cost. This means that, for reasons of choice, we often dismiss many requests.
 
Technification camp, when did all start?

Our summer camp begun in 1987 with a single shift of 40 players and 8 coaches. In 1989 we gathered 80 players and 15 coaches, divided into two shifts. Currently, we organise a minimum of three shifts with a total participation of 210 players and more than 60 coaches. These shifts are appropiate to different formative ages, U14, U16, U18.
Objective. The main goal of our "Estades" is to bring together a number of high level players and knowledgeable coaches in order to develop an intensive program of technical improvement, which will allow better tactical decisions.
Organisation. Despite the eminently amateur aspect of Elitejove, a large number of coaches are assisting in each edition ot the camp (a ratio of four players per coach).  A group of selected coaches prepare a program on a specific technical/tactical aspect long before the camp starts. This program will be developed into several working groups, influencing the improvement of basic fundamentals of the participating players.
There are three dayly sessions (and a fourth voluntary if requested) tailored to the needs and ages og players taking part. We also hold several solo and group competitions all over the week. This system allows the participant to share experiences with good level players and renowned coaches, and offers the opportunity for new contacts in basketball training.
